Most audio formats can be supplied but the most common are mp3 and wav in 48khz or 41khz.
Yes, if we’ve decided to record your script live; I can use Zoom, Google Meet, Source Connect Standard (currently unavailable) or a platform of your choice (cleanfeed etc.). You are able to listen in as I’m recording live and provide real-time feedback from anywhere in the world.
24 hours is the target time frame for supplying audio to you from the time your confirmation email and final script is received. This could be extended to 48 hours or over the weekend, if the script is sent on a Friday. Based on availability, I can also do express delivery (under 6 hours) for an extra fee.
My standard payment terms are 30 days from supplying the final audio files and invoice.
Yes, I’m happy to record a few lines of your script - free of charge - for you to get a feel of my voice on your script. If your script is short, 1 or 2 words will be changed for the demo.
My voice and my voice recordings can't be used for AI, Voice cloning or AI training purposes. My voice and recordings may only be used in line with the initial agreement. You can not sell or transfer ownership of all or part of any of the recordings to a third party or enter into any agreements in line with this without my prior knowledge and written consent.
